You should book your trip between 12-18 months in advance. This will give you the best choice of accommodation and allow parents plenty of time to save up, but we always welcome late bookings.

We will always endeavour to accommodate increases in group size. Please be aware that adding extra passengers may have overall cost implications, e.g. if additional flight seats are more expensive, or if a larger coach is required.

You are more than welcome to take an extra adult in addition to your free place, at a supplement.

Yes, we are fully bonded according to the UK Package Travel and Holiday Regulations, please see our Financial information. All of our coach trips are ABTA bonded and all of our air trips are ATOL protected.

Group air fares differ from individual air fares. It is always much cheaper to buy one ticket individually than multiple tickets at once, and the cost of the tickets increases as more space on an aircraft is filled. This is why ticket prices which can be found online for individual travellers often are cheaper than what we are quoted for group travel.

With regards to passport queries we always recommend you contacting the passport office to check that, as we would hate to give you the wrong information.

In the Names List we request passport info and ski details, however the Headed Names List is a separate list of all members of your group, including adults, together with dates of birth, on school headed paper, signed by yourself or the Head, and stamped with the school stamp (if you have one). The lift pass company and hotel require the Headed names list for local tax reasons.
